LH42095-250 series of exact negative regulators are technically designed to use in high temperature and wide temperature range environments. The output voltage of these regulators will not change along with the input voltage,the load current and the temperature of the environment.These regulators will operate reliably in high case temperature 250℃ without external filter capacitance.The output voltage and output current of these regulators can both be regulated independently. ZITN new developed 175℃ MWD tools just finished its first drilling operation in the oil well last week. It is performance well from 297-1330m in the well without any error. It is a gid process of ZITN.
The ZTMWD-48 system consists of a surface decoding system and downhole instruments. All circuits in the downhole instruments are manufactured using high-temperature Multi-Chip Module (MCM) technology, which enhances reliability and lifespan in high-temperature and high-vibration environments while reducing the instrument size. The directional probe integrates self-developed accelerometers and fluxgate sensors, combined with high-precision compensation and calibration algorithms, enabling accurate inclination and azimuth measurements across the full temperature range. Additionally, it supports rotary inclination and azimuth measurement, improving directional drilling efficiency.
